Caster: Perhaps we should begin to be more selective in the penalties we allow ourselves to take, if they're to remain for extended periods. Caster: Injuries are one thing, but effects such as this are more difficult to deal with.
Caster: It's not outside the scope of effects we've previously seen, but the recent conflict distributed such effects more extensively than we've previously experienced.
